Men's Hormones & Aging
Testosterone levels naturally decline as men age, often beginning in the 30s and 40s. When levels drop, the effects are not limited to libido. Many men notice ongoing fatigue, increased body fat, loss of muscle, brain fog, reduced focus, irritability, poor sleep, and a general feeling of not being like themselves.
Hormone therapy is designed to restore testosterone to an optimal range so the body can function the way it was meant to. With proper medical guidance and personalized lab testing, many men experience stronger energy, improved strength and body composition, clearer thinking, better mood, enhanced confidence, and more consistent performance.

Men's Hormone Therapy FAQs
How do testosterone pellets work?
Pellets are small, bioidentical hormone implants placed just under the skin. They slowly release a steady, consistent dose of testosterone over several months, helping avoid the ups and downs that can happen with injections, creams, or pills.
How often do I need treatment?
Most men only need pellet therapy two to four times per year. That means fewer appointments, no weekly injections, and no daily applications to remember.
When will I start to feel results?
Many men begin noticing improvements in energy, sleep, mental clarity, and libido within a few weeks. Body composition, strength, and endurance typically continue improving over the following months as hormone levels stabilize.
Is the procedure painful or does it require downtime?
The insertion is a quick in office procedure that takes only a few minutes. A local anesthetic is used, and most men return to normal daily activities the same day with minimal restrictions.
Is pellet therapy safe if I have a history of prostate cancer?
Current medical research does not show that properly monitored testosterone therapy increases the risk of prostate cancer recurrence. In men who have been treated and are cleared by their physician, hormone therapy can be used safely with careful lab monitoring, PSA tracking, and individualized medical oversight.
